2 delivery options :

  • Sending by registered post, insurance included. Normal delivery time:  7 days.
  • Chronopost. Delivered in 1 or 2 days, clearance included.

EUROPE :

Click on the item’s green button “ajouter au panier” which means “add to your cart”. Then, follow the cart instructions, enter your e-mail and home adresss, the cart will automatically calculate the postage rates for your country.
You can pay with your credit card, paypal account or by bank transfer.

TERMS FOR THE RETURN OF AN ARTICLE

What delay do I have to send back an article ?
If the instrument doesn’t please you, you have a 14 days delay to send it back, starting the day you received it.
Instruments ordered especially for you can not be returned.
In order for your return to be approved, please send a return request mail to PRIKOS.PROMO@WANADOO.FR

How to send back an article ?
Once you have Mandalia’s approval, the articles will be sent at your own expense, in perfect shape and in their original box.
We also ask you to add the approval return mail in the box. Once you sent your package, we advise you to keep the track number to be able to follow it.
As soon as we get it, you’ll be informed by mail.

What do I do if my instrument is damaged or broken ?
If your instrument is damaged (broken, cracked or makes an abnormal noise) please contact us within 48h after you received it so we can offer a fast solution.
We’ll ask you to send pictures of the defects by mail  before we can validate the return of the article.

Once validated we offer 3 options :
– Fixing the instrument ( by Mandalia or the supplier who will provide an estimate )
– Exchange.
– Refund

In the case of an exchange, the new article’s sending fees are also at your expense.

How do I get a refund ?
Once we received your item and accepted the return, you’ll get the refund the same payment mode you chose when you ordered : bank transfer, paypal or check.
The postage rates to return the item will be supported by the client.
Mandalia will not refund the totality of your payment. Mandalia will deduce the postage fees you have paid and 10€ for maintenance and packing fees.

Warranty isn’t effective in some cases (like cristal instruments…), please tcheck with us at lauramandalia@orange.fr.
